By accessing the National Excellence Advisory Benchmark (NEAB) website, ordering commemorative awards, or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Elite Recognition Eligibility
Elite recognition is awarded only to professionals who meet NEAB's published selection criteria based on independent review of publicly available information.
2. Award Purchase Terms
Elite recognition itself is independent and carries no cost. Award purchase fees apply only to physical commemorative items and cover design, customization, manufacturing, engraving, materials, packaging, and shipping through Prestige Awards Group LLC.
3. Directory Listings
Elite recognized professionals may be included in NEAB industry directories. NEAB reserves the right to edit, update, or remove listings to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, or legal requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability
NEAB provides Elite recognition and award services "as is" without warranties of any kind. NEAB is not responsible for business outcomes, professional results, reputational effects, client decisions, or actions of third parties related to recognition status.
5. Recognition Validity
Elite recognition reflects professional standing at the time of review and is valid for one year. Annual renewal opportunities may be available based on continued compliance with NEAB selection criteria.
6. Intellectual Property
NEAB logos, Elite recognition badges, and award designs are proprietary. Recognized professionals may use provided digital assets for legitimate business purposes but may not alter, redistribute, or misrepresent recognition materials.
7. Refunds & Replacements
Because awards are custom-engraved to order, all sales are final. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional charge if reported within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
